Once we complete the initial design, we will reach out for your approval. At this point we can make any changes to the design to ensure its perfect. Once we come to an agreement on design, I begin crafting.

The timeline for custom pieces varies based on the complexity of the design. It can take anywhere from a week to a few months. The process of going back and forth with design tweaks, making sure we get the design right is the most important. The piece will be around forever, so details matter. We keep you updated throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction.

Once the design is finished, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for crafting.

We offer opportunities to review and make changes to the design before finalizing it. Our goal is to ensure you're completely happy with the piece before we begin crafting. Once we begin crafting, changes to the design typically cannot be made.

I've partnered with Nivoda to access their extensive network of diamond suppliers. This means I don't hold diamonds on hand, but rather, I source them through Nivoda's platform, ensuring a diverse selection from around the world.

We ship all items via USPS, or FedEx, with insurance for high-value items. Once your order is complete, it typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the United States. International shipping times may vary.

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-custom items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
